Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major and remote cities.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities / remote areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999
- A flat delivery fee applies to orders below this amount (shown at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor your delivery status.
Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for free replacement
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfume bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless received damaged or defective
How to Request a Return
- Email returns@zireex.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, arrange pickup or drop-off as instructed
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.) and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but our Return Policy will apply.
